Guys, love you all... just a thought... Ben is a great guy and his style may not be for everyone, but his real estate holdings are worth $250MM so he is doing something right. Ben is as real as it comes. He owns the most expensive house in Clearwater/Tampa area ($16MM), drives a Rolls... he is absolutely crazy. YouTube means nothing to him. He does it to entertain himself. He sells nothing... asks for nothing... he has done a few meet and greets but he does it to get his hotel traffic in Orlando. Get to know him Seth... he would be a fantastic guest. Ben started collecting rent for a landlord and now he is where he is...

Saw this guy on some kind of reality show. Net worth was $250 million. He said he had debt on about 50% of that. He also stated he is not in the real estate game anymore to continue to growth his wealth. He is now just trying to maintain it

You should give some information to Paul about the person you are reacting to prior to the video. Ben is as legit as they come and, is extremely open about times he has lost money. Your scepticism about him always making money on 'bad deals' looks stupid when you have the context of knowing Ben.
