Great video, I also live in On Nut currently. My condo is around 300-350$, but I also rent it through airbnb which then costs me around 600$ per month.

Great video but the prices are off. For example, currently, for Condo 2, you can only find them at 1800 USD/month on Airbnb.
Are those condos listed on some other platforms or can you rent them directly, to avoid any Airbnb service fees?

Paper-thin walls can be a problem with these Bkk shoebox-size condos. You get what you pay for. More spacious apartments, and what many Westerners would consider luxury, start at around $1, 500 a month. It's still a good deal.

That's a helpful overview. I don't understand the appeal of these duplex condos. The closets are upstairs and shower below makes morning preparation a chore of constantly climbing and descending the stairs.
