It''s pretty expensive. The condo is not that big. I've seen condo with the same size and amenities for less than 500- 600 USD per month. It's maybe a few years older but you'lll save a lot.

Bangkok Tampa, Florida. Havebt beeb there since i was in my early twenties now im 46. The apartment condos arw keeping up well but im not liked in that area or would move there. Anxouis to see more condos.

I understand how location is very important in the price of apartments but honestly paying €3000 for such a relatively small space is still ridiculous to me. I maybe expected a bigger balcony as well so you could actually place a chair and table outside. The view is amazing but I have a feeling the empty lot in front of it will probably get something built on it eventually which will probably limit your view tremendously.

The building is pretty and looks very neat and modern. I just don't think paying that much money is reasonable?
