Do it all.    Casper is class keter due to the inability to contain scp-266 anyone who hears his music is now subject to Casper and he can use his fans Atwell and his fans form a cult and will do anything to get him out of containment SCP 266 Casper can also transform his Consciousness into any of his fans therefore making it impossible to contain scp-2662 Casper and the person's body will slowly start to look like scp-266 after a month and Casper's original body will turn into his fan and their Consciousness will be swapped so essentially the SCP Foundation is containing a non anomalous human SCP 266 Casper does not seem to want to destroy the world as of yet but ascp with this type of ability is dangerous he can also Bend his fans will and do whatever he wants them to just by thinking the SCP Foundation was first aware of scp-266 Casper because a SCP Foundation scientists seem to be obsessed with Casper's music and was acting very strange and doing strange activities🤪😝
