I just wanted to say about the blue spider lily, the reason why Muzan hasn't found is because Tanjiro's mom was the only person who knew where it bloomed:
Close to the Kamado house and it only bloomed for 2-3 days in a year DURING THE DAYLIGHT which means it would be impossible for Muzan to get it as he is a demon.
This is also the reason why Nezuko has gained immunity to the sunlight..
When Tanjiro and Nezuko were kids, they would eat the flowers! This makes it so when Nezuko turned into a demon, she was able to gain immunity towards the sunlight. When Tanjiro turned to a demon at the end of the story, he was able to gain immunity to the sunlight as well as his sister. 7:28
