truth is that in 2017 still 90% of documentation is hell. PHP documentation rules, you can just copy-paste stuff directly from examples and comments.

I don't know PHP but I've been learning Spring and of the little I've seen of Laravel I'm becoming more and more convinced it's based on Spring if not a Spring clone for PHP, but have yet to find articles relating to how similar they appear to be. What do you think?

Frameworks sometimes provide nice things but they do not in themselves ensure you have good documentation, code design, or are following good practices.

Basically I believe most frameworks not much difference if proper planning, development & scaling are being taken care of. But really does not like PHP syntax and tools that are limited to use, even have to pay to use PhpStorm, few PHP OOP limitations are multiple constructors, enum support, and maybe more, currently I'm trying to write classes for LINQ like SQL builder.
