AC advice take or leave it: You want to keep the AC at a constant level. Do Not lower or higher it during a particular season. In summer remember up-ing the AC when not at home during the day (at work) then lowing it when you get home is not what you want to do. It will cause your AC to work harder and longer then if you just kept it at the same level all throughout the day. Find the temp that works for you and keep it there till the next big season change (winter). Remember for multi-story warm air rises, cold air falls. Fans are good to have on, they help circulate the air resulting in not having the ac run as much. Also some houses have two ac's one for the ground floor and another for the 2nd floor. This will add another layer of complexity as you will need to adjust them to operate complimentary of each other.

I cut my own hair with a Flowbee! I love mine. Back during the pandemic, Flowbee's were selling on eBay for $300! I simply got on the Flowbee website, and ordered mine for $149.99! And has more than paid for itself, and you can't make a mistake with it, as long as you follow the directions. It is awesome!

My friend and I have done each others hair cuts since Covid. I’ve noticed my brother does his own now. I also do the dog! It has been fun!

My neigbor did as well and now it is just a house being rented by others and every so often a new tenant moves in. With him he was a great man and helped others. Now I do not even know that neighbor.

I cut my own hair since the COVID restrictions. My hair cutter was forced to shut down 😢
It was impossible to find a hair clipper back then. My local Costco finally brought some more in. With a little training from YouTube. My cut looks better than from my hair cutter. No more wasting my personal time for hair cuts. I cut whenever it's time.
I tell others my new hair cutter is Mr Wahl. 😂

I think it should be illegal for these home buyers to have access to my personal information and I don't appreciate their harassing tactics.

It is even worse in our area. An agent that claims to be making customers for life and others buy this way. She listed a home on our street as being a condo in a next to our county city where she has an office. The sign didnt go up in the yard until she had bought a large home for over $100, 000 less than anything has sold in years. In months after she had a team renovate, she sold for $265, 000 more. She does this constantly as do a number of other realtors. Once the sign went up she actually called all the neighbors, myself on do not call as well, to say she would be renovating the house and would want to know if there was any disturbance through this. She actually was seeking more listings or uninformed owners. We actually have people now cruising constantly seeking homes on the market.

I get phone calls occasionally inquiring if I would like to sell my house. It is free and clear, worth about $600, 000. I have absolutely no interest in selling my house do I just tell them the price is 2 million in cash. So I don’t get bothered again!!

When I get phone solicitors asking if I want to sell my house I say yes $50, 000, 000. “You don’t want to really sell your house” sure I do for $50, 000, 000. I guess you really don’t want to buy it.

Yeah, I get numerous requests via mail & phone. I recycle the paper stuff & when I (accidentally) answer the call, I respond, "If I wanted to sell my home, it would already be on the market. Please take me off your list!"

I’ve been cutting my own hair since I was 16. I’m 58 now. All I use is a pair of scissors and a mirror

Now that I am going back to the Salon, they have a machine that you stand in front of, at the door that takes your temperature, and if you have a fever, they will not service you

#BonusThought: Hearing Clark say "Someone is cheaper than I am." Boy, you won't hear that very often. 😂

I think the Wahl professional hair cutting machines start at about $50. I think I paid about $110. for the "Senior" model which has more metal in its construction
these are the ones with the softer humm sound in the barbershop - I think the other ones that sound more like a loud drill are made by someone named Oyster
you need a couple or so of "guards" that determine the length of hair left by the Wahl clipper/shear #1 is a decent "crew cut" there are also guards that cut taper from one side to the other

Also, property taxes have increased based on these renovated over priced homes in the neighborhood. No one else is selling.

I always reply to house offers with “only if I make a $2 million profit.”

My daughter had a Pacifica and the wiring harness fried after 18 mos. with a 6 month wait for parts. She dumped it and bought a Subaru.

I get so many offers and I don’t have that much equity. Maybe because I’m 64 they think I’d fall for it? But I don’t think my husband gets them. Strange.
