My grandfather would be amazed at the modern equipment used today. He was a Saskatchewan homesteader in the early 1900's.

Beautiful rich country, amazing yields, I was up in northern Alberta one summer close to Grande Prairie. The wheat was taller than I was, they said it was because of the very long days in the summer time in those latitudes.

best thing about harvest for me was loading out in the field, grain carts are a wonderful when they have built in scales. fields looked good for you folks in 2020, what did the canola yield per acre?

My dream is to live in Canada. I come from a family of farmers here in Brazil, I would really like to know the culture of Canada and what agriculture is like there. God willing, next year I intend to immigrate to Canada.
