Excellent tutorial Timothy Ndung'u I am new to rasberrypi+arduino+xbee. I am trying to set up a network where I've got 3 xbees. A coordinator which receives data from the other two. Following your tutorial to test the radios, manage to send the data from the end device to the coordinator but the seem to have AT Command, At Command Response, AT Command Request, coming through continuously. any help with that would be awesome...

Hey there Timothy Ndung’u. Very nice tutorial!!! Works perfectly for me. I do on the other hand have a question, concerning a project i am doing. Now the xbee transmits these packages to the other xbee thats shows the rssi. For my project, i need the transmitting xbee to be able to transmit these packages while not connected to a pc, but to an arduino UNO.
Is this possible? I have few nowledge of xbee and arduino, but your tutorial allready helped me a lot. Thanx in advance!
