Affordable Housing Grand opening: Highgarden Tower

The City of New Rochelle welcomed its newest 100% affordable housing building, Highgarden Tower, an energy-efficient, 19-story building located at 11 Garden Street, steps away from the New Rochelle train station. Highgarden Tower offers 219 affordable units with great views of the city and coast, 77 of which are reserved for households with individuals who need on-site support services.
