Hanagoi Japanese Sake - Junmai - Rice Wiene Review from Akashi Brewery Japan

I adore eating sushi and sashimi. Most of what I eat tends to be low-spice so that I can really appreciate the flavors of the fish. This Hanagoi Junmai Japanese Sake is just right for my flavor profile.

This is a delicately-flavored sake with hints of chestnut. If you're looking for bold coke-style flavors, this won't be a drink for you. It is quite subtle. I enjoy it immensely.
