One thing I love about this game is how expressive the characters faces are during gameplay. It's nice to see the characters showing emotion instead of just having the usual neutral face.

I love how this @Beardbear basically 100% speedruns the game, while allowing us to experience everything games have to offer. From cutscenes, taking time with the dialogues, if there's anything extra to experience or see, he will go there as well. Just amazing, this is why I keep coming back. Thanks @Beardbear!!

Three things:

1) This is the best 2D Mario since the Super Mario World, hands down. It might even be the best Mario since Super Mario World.

2) I now want Nintendo to make a new Super Mario All-Stars that includes all the 8-bit Super Marios, Mario World and Yoshi's Island, and use this game's graphics engine.

3) I now want this software team to make a new Super Metroid with this graphics engine. And if Nintendo won't do it, I want the indie hackers out there to get it done.

4) (BONUS) Since I'm on a tear, I want this engine used to remake Todd's Adventures in Slime World on Atari Lynx. Somebody make that happen.

I just completed the game 100% and the last level was truly hell, I spent many lives to complete it but the satisfaction of having achieved it after a lot of effort is really beautiful

This game looks so *WONDERFUL!* I couldn't believe Daisy was getting added when I first saw the announcement, I'm gonna be playing as her for sure. I love Daisy so much, she deserves to be in more mainline games! Especially in her normal outfit, she's mostly in spin off sports games and doesn't wear her standard dress. Awesome gameplay!

I will have the honor of playing as Blue Toad come October 20th, purely for his incredible animations and facial expressions, something New Super Mario Brothers (among other things) can’t necessarily boast about. It feels unreal that we finally have a truly New Super Mario Brothers game after almost 20 years.
