I have dropped some guys with this, and I have gotten dropped with these shots😂 they are no joke! Best defense in a street fight because a non trained fighter is thinking only about head shots…he has no clue about you hitting that liver😂 Bob and weave his punches, and hit that liver…fights over .

Good set up and loading technique don't forget this spot is hard to hit and usually want to hit right under the tricep

This how you strike Judo and Jujitsu opponents. Bring them down. Bass Rutten defeated many expert Judo and Jujitsu exponents including very skillfull Wrestler's and kick boxers with just 1 hit to the liver. Down they would all go screaming in pain and unable to even move.

If I had to guess I have been hit/kicked in the nuts around 50 times in my life. And I have been hit in the liver once. I'll take another 50 nut shots over another liver shot. And against the average dude that's in your face, you can literally just lean left a bit and load up and they won't even suspect you going to the body because all they are thinking about is a reason to throw a big right. The body is almost always open on untrained people and they cant get it out of the way like a instinctive head or groin flinch does.
