Hatshepsut was a disaster. She stole the throne from her little brother, then spent her days in her harem of young male concubines. One of them, a young man named Senmut, designed and built her monuments for her. Hapshepsut's input is doubtful. During her reign, she sold Egyptian territories to invaders, in exchange for gold. The Hittites, among many other hostile tribes, invaded Egypt, taking whatever they could loot. Hatshepsut did nothing to stop them. When her little brother reached the age to take the throne, throne, she did everything in her power to stop him. Here is the irony: that little boy grew up to be the "Alexander the Great of Egypt, " as Egyptologists like to refer to him. He took the thrown from his sister and spent his entire life fighting with his armies to regain all the lands his sister had squandered, and more. He, Titmouse III, is considered the greatest of the Pharaohs. Asked any Egyptologist. Learn Egyptology before making videos about it.

Spellchecker is a pain; Thutmose III was the king to whom I refer. Not "Titmouse." Look him up.
