That's a wild way of progressing! He got all those tricks down but really got comfortable riding his board after 9 months or so. Crazy to see but it works for him, he killed it 🔥

hats off to the supportive and super tolerant parents for putting up with the ruckus in the garage all day/night.

thanks for posting this, it was wild! actually kinda inspiring because you can see that you NEVER KNOW how fast you'll progress and you don't have to go down one very specific path. if you wanna go flippy spinny before a drop in or an ollie, go for it lol. :D also i love how he utilized the garage. that'll be me as well. finally cleared out this weekend!! :D

I'm guessing that was at least 2 hours a day of focused practice.
Many people who say they have been trying to get kickflips for months are only doing sloppy 10 minute sessions every 4 or so days.

I think loosening your trucks a little every month will also help beginners a lot. At first you have to start super tight cause you don't have the balance but it holds you back after awhile. Looser trucks will make landing tricks much easier just have to get used to it.

Only recently started skating again after 4 years. But when I started out I learned how to drop in on ramps in the first two weeks. But it took me 4 months to land my ollies.
