I normaly cook it with out the ginger but yours was so simple I will try it you just cut it straight to the point. Well done thanks for sharing 👍❤🇬🇭

I've tried this a few times and can never get it right - i'll have to give it another go following this. Looks like a good result!

I love this! That's my rice dish for tomorrow sorted, I love scotch bonnets! I am trying to grow some this year so I want the heat to stay with us for a while!
