India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday arrived in Singapore, for the second leg of his two-nation visit. Kicking off India’s main opposition Congress party’s campaign ahead of Jammu & Kashmir Assembly election, leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday promised to restore the statehood for the people in the region. The Pakistan government has vowed to implement new taxes on the retail sector as part of efforts to secure a 7-billion-dollars IMF loan.
