People from across San Diego came together in North County for International Overdose Awareness Day Sunday. The day aims to spread awareness, reduce the stigma around addiction and remember those lost to overdoses.

This awareness day comes as San Diego was just named a fentanyl epicenter a few weeks ago. Federal officials say the deadly drug is coming through San Diego more than ever before.

I kills me how act like this is a new problem. My mom talked to me how people been dropping pills in the 50's. I knew people in 90's and earl 2000. The only difference is a lot of rich people kids and there family members is when I noticed it's a big problem.

REAL WAR IS AMONGST YOURSELF.

JUST LIKE WHEN YOU WARN SOMEONE NOT TO PLAY WITH FIRE, YET THEY CONTINUE TO DO SO.

NOW WHO REALLY IS THERE TO BLAME 🤔

ONLY CURE IS TO REPENT. 👀
