Mike Russo Born In Connecticut in 1934
he moved with his family to Portland, Oregon where he worked as a sign painter for most of his life.
Mike is familiar with East Coast Blues, Country Western, Ragtime, Gospel and Early Rock And Roll Idioms.
Mike Russo also played piano in a barrel house or boogie woogie style.
Mike has toured with a number of older blues musicians like Lightnin Hopkins And Fred Mcdowell in the 1960s
He also did a number of live concerts for the seattle Folklore society in the 1960s.
