Yup, they are. It's not wave management I'm climbing with. Only time it works is when you can put up a good freeze in your lane to win. Team doesn't care about waves and will just suicide while you are trying to manage waves and just farm somehow, or you get a wave to push and the enemy team doesn't care anyway because why farm if you can stalk people in the jungle.
