I live in Nagpur and here Gadkari sir is building world class road infrastructure. He has newly built a flyover where at top you have metro lines, below that road for vehicles, then below that you have highway road and below that railway. It's a 4 layer transport infrastructure.

actually in india toll tax for all types of cars is same, but it must be according to the power/price of the car.
secondly toll tax must be according to fuel type of car. this will increase the revenue of govt as well as people will shift towards green fuels
