I would say Xperia 1 Mk 4 frame. Sony's IMX 989 as the main sensor with a variable aperture like the Pro-I, find a way to use the GN1 sensor in a variable periscope zoom setup and use the Sony's IMX766 for the ultra wide. Dual 2500mah battery cell with at least 65w charging with HS power control. Dual USB-C ports, one at the bottom and one on the side, a headphone jack with a quad dac, expandable storage with a tool-less SIM tray and front facing equally balanced stereo speakers. Stylus support. Current Gen SoC with possible internal cooling fan. Software would be a mix of Sony/LG/Pixel.

Sony body. A mix of Huawei and Samsung camera system. Headphone jack for music. Expandable storage. Rear fingerprint scanner as it's more natural. Display from Samsung. All with an affordable price to make it a strong competitor to traditional flagships.

man my perfect phone is pretty much exactly as you deacribed. i personally think all phones should have the sony shape. it fits perfect in the hands.

Mine would mostly be the same, I'd just want a shorter phone (maybe an 18:9 display), MST payments, and maybe active cooling for gaming and whatnot.

i think i agree with all your frakenphone suggestions but i would like to add an option for android to use external devices, like say, make a DSLR into your main cam instead of the built in phone. I would like to see a desktop tier browser for android, like chromeOS browser with extension support.

Surface Duo form-factor. Mini-LED screen (or just good non-flickering screen). 5 small cameras in the back like Nokia 9 pureview, to make it fold flat. Metal frame and back.

Honestly i have a pretty similar Frankenstein phone to your's but instead of the Sony body, i would also love a galaxy note 4 body for that removable battery and that beautiful front panel aswell even with the bezels, it looks great with that slightly sparkling stripes or an lg g flex body too 👍🏼👍🏼

Definitely all the ports, 3.5 mm headphone jack with microSD card support. I'd add the pop up selfie camera from the OnePlus 7 Pro, 1" sensor for the main, telephoto lens with floating lens from the Xiaomi 13 Pro, modified 10x telephoto from the Ultra series with a 20mp resolution and f/2 aperture, ultra wide from the OnePlus 11 with 4k120 from all lenses. Man oh man!

I'd prefer booting into a ChromeOS rather than Windows. That would be my dream phone, that I can use for productivity when connected to the PC monitor.

I miss the Moto display. I would love for other manufacturers to implement something like that. I miss it most with media, being able to pause or skip tracks without turning on the whole screen.
