I guess you also tested Noc W and it was fine?
Also for Morgana, doesn't the Black Shield itself also prevent supression? If so, you'd have to destroy is mid Sett R to properly test it.

Sett seems to also have a different ult animation when ulting an enemy immune to CC. He has a Piledriver, a move where he grabs the enemy under his right arm and slams them headfirst, and one where he grabs the enemy by the torso and slams them like that. But in this instance, since he doesn't have anyone to hold onto, he taps his right elbow and slams the ground with it.

it also deals damage to players who are in sett's landing zone even though sett couldnt hit anybody to ground

Sett really want to hug you then smash you to the ground.

Me and my friend used to test Sett ult vs Malz passive shield, and it works like Morgana shield, but the funny thing is even though Malz doesn't get surpressed/damaged from Sett R, the ground impact damage still scale with Malz's bonus HP.

Does item haste really lowers cd on passive item abilities like veil, zonjya or ludens ?
In game it doesnt not change timer when you cros it with a mouse
