Holiday poop anxiety is real, here is what you can do to help 🥹

So many of our habits change when we go on holiday including a change to the owl exercise routine, the food we eat and the routines we follow.

To help encourage regular, and productive bowel movements while the holiday I suggest:

1️⃣ Drinking plenty of water. Aim for 30mL per kilogram of body weight

2️⃣ Order a side of fruits and vegetables at every single meal. This could be spinach with your eggs at breakfast, A side salad at lunch or steamed greens at dinner time.

3️⃣ Keep your exercise up. Go for a walk after each meal or swimming if possible!
