I always have mixed feelings about these luxury buildings. Are they beautiful, yes. It’s also the reason why so many New Yorkers are being pushed out of the city, when I say city I mean all the boroughs, because these prices are unrealistic for the every day New Yorker who lives here and wants to have a nice place to live but also be able to save for the future. Realistically most people cannot 5.5 million dollar Apt most are struggling just to pay 2000 a month and that’s being cheap as most people I know are paying more then that snd struggling to do so. I do not mean to be a downer, I’m just being realistic that this is pricing so many out.
