I have one more for you! If you see an image or words in a magazine that you want to put on your nail just paint over it with clear/top coat. Once it dries, cut it out and put it in a cup of water, after 15 or so minutes the paper backing will peel off and you'll be left with a decal. Viola!

Nail biter here.
I've gotten my nails longer than ever by now and here's what worked for me.
Just spend an inordinate amount of time on painting your nails (even try nail art despite the small nails you have)
But if you can't paint you fingernails, do your toe nails.

I did both of these and admired them so much that I stopped biting my nails.

My friends brother used to suck his thumb so her mom bought the anti nail biting polish so he would stop and he actually liked the taste of it

Bubbles actually happen when the first coat hasn’t dried yet. It’s still trying to evaporate and you’ve just “smothered” the first wet coat. Best argument for gel polish which cures throughly before each coat is applied. As far as smudging polish, the example shown is correct and it’s called floating the top coat. - Lori 37 year licensed and active nail tech. 😊

If you're using lemon juice in the hand scrub hack, you'll want to put sunscreen on your hands afterwards if you're going outside. Lemon juice causes sun sensitivity and burns.

Does anybody else feel my pain??? I have chewed my nail for years!!! Many times I have decided to grow them but... that doesn’t work most of the time .... BUT I have good news! Right now I am in the middle of growing them ! They are going very well!!! And I am going to get them done in 2-3 weeks!! I am so excited!!
