Solo HardCore Guide TDS -- To Wave 25 out of 50
Notes - (Speed and precision of when units are placed are important), (Damage is taken earlier in the game to ensure longevity in more difficult waves for the long run).
Chosen Map: Crossroads
Wave 0: Ready Up!
Wave 1: Do Nothing, Skip Wave.
Wave 2: Do Nothing, Skip Wave.
Wave 3: Place a lvl 0 Militant at the center of the crossroads.
Wave 4: Upgrade Militant to lvl 1 (Only 4 Quicks should pass by) then after the Wave 4 bonus, place a lvl 0 Farm and upgrade to lvl 1.
Wave 5: After Wave 5 bonus, place a second lvl 0 Farm and upgrade to lvl 1.
Wave 6: After Wave 6 bonus, upgrade one lvl 1 Farm to lvl 2.
Wave 7: After Wave 7 bonus, place a lvl 0 Militant then upgrade it to lvl 1.
Wave 8: After Wave 8 bonus, upgrade the second placed Farm to lvl 2.
Wave 9: Place a third lvl 0 Farm then after Wave 9 bonus, upgrade it to lvl 1 and add a fourth lvl 0 Farm.
Wave 10: Skip the 10th Wave then after the Wave 10 bonus, place a lvl 0 militant and upgrade it to lvl 1.
Wave 11: Upgrade the third Farm to lvl 2 (Only 4 Invisibles should pass by) then upgrade the fourth lvl 0 Farm to lvl 1. After Wave 11 bonus, upgrade the fourth lvl 1 Farm to lvl 2.
Wave 12: Place a fifth lvl 0 Farm and upgrade it to lvl 1. After Wave 12 bonus, add a sixth lvl 0 Farm.
Wave 13: Upgrade a Militant to lvl 2. After Wave 13 bonus, upgrade the fifth lvl 1 Farm to lvl 2 and the sixth lvl 0 Farm to lvl 1.
Wave 14: Upgrade the sixth lvl 1 Farm to lvl 2 then add a seventh lvl 0 Farm and upgrade that Farm to lvl 1. Skip the 14th Wave once all leads crossed the bridge.
Wave 15: Place a lvl 0 Pyromancer in the intersection near the bridge, have him target farthest then upgrade it to lvl 1. Skip the 15th Wave once the first Lead group reaches the lane towards the intersection. After Wave 15 bonus, upgrade the pyromancer to lvl 2.
Wave 16: Upgrade the seventh lvl 1 Farm to lvl 2 then add the eight lvl 0 Farm and upgrade the lvl 0 Farm to lvl 1. When you reach enough money, upgrade the eight lvl 1 Farm to a lvl 2 Farm. When the Lead boss reaches the lane before the intersection lane, skip the 16th Wave. After Wave 16 bonus, place a lvl 0 Militant.
Wave 17: Upgrade the lvl 0 Militant to a lvl 2 Militant then very quickly after, sell the first lvl 2 Militant and place a lvl 0 Militant to prevent the Lead boss from ending the match near the end of the map. Near the end of Wave 17, upgrade the lvl 0 Militant to a lvl 1 Militant to prevent the Breakers (Will be the last Wave when enemies reduce your health until the boss waves if you lose) from ending the match. After Wave 17 bonus, place a lvl 0 Militant in the same spot you sold the first lvl 2 Militant and sell the Militant you placed at the end of the map.
Wave 18: Upgrade the lvl 0 Militant to a lvl 2 Militant.
Wave 19: Place a lvl 0 Militant and upgrade that Militant to lvl 2 (Switch targets accordingly, 3 Strongest, 2 First Enemy). After Wave 19 bonus, upgrade a first Farm to lvl 3.
Wave 20: Upgrade a second, third, and fourth Farm to lvl 3. After Wave 20 bonus, upgrade a fifth Farm to lvl 3.
Wave 21: Upgrade a sixth and seventh Farm to lvl 3. After most enemies in Wave 21 have been defeated, upgrade the eight Farm to lvl 3.
Wave 22: Place a lvl 0 Commander that covers all the Militants then upgrade a lvl 2 Militant to lvl 3 Militant.
Wave 23: Upgrade the lvl 2 Pyromancer to lvl 3 then upgrade a lvl 2 Militant to a lvl 3 Militant.
Wave 24: Upgrade the lvl 0 Commander to a lvl 2 Commander then upgrade a lvl 1 Militant to a lvl 2 Militant. Place another lvl 0 Militant and upgrade that Militant to lvl 2.
Wave 25: Place a lvl 0 Militant and upgrade that lvl 0 Militant to lvl 1. Three Militants of the seven Militants need to be lvl 3 and the Commander must use it's ability to defeat the three shadow bosses.

As improvement begins to increase, you will notice how to better the strategy for your own benefit.

Also a tip for invisible: try to place a pyro at wave 8 and upgrade it to lvl 2. Yeah sure you will lose some profit but it will really help with the mega slows. (Also 3 Shadow bosses spawn at wave 25 so keep an eye of the hidden detection
