What I find confusing is that in the Pokedex entries mute only shows itself to humans with pure hearts get a team rocket agent was able to find mew and record and deliver data/dna to team rocket HQ.
And another question if Madame boss hates all Pokemon like she says that shouldn't she hate mew too ( see what i did there ) since it's the ancestor of all Pokemon ( except for the ones that came before mew and artificial pokemon)

The Pokémon anime had horrible writing. Ash's father and Jessie's mother got forgotten, as did the original Mewtwo.
