How to make a Daiquiri with at the Mixology School in Brighton.

Daiquiri Recipe,
Ingredients
50 ml Brugal Blanco Rum
25 ml fresh lime juice
2 bar spoon castor sugar
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice and double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
No need this drink is perfect as it is.

It was a scavenger hunt trying to find castor sugar but I finally found it and I'm currently drinking a daiquiri. Awesome video!

Is this considered a "girly" drink?

ummmm it's actually rum, triple sec and lime juice. 1.5 oz of rum and then 0.75 oz of triple sec and lime. I've been bartending for years in NYC.
