* Since this is a universal design you might need to test these to make sure they fit on your foot.
* Try not to walk around with these on as they are not made for that

The Bottom Line:

These have become popular over the years and there is a big selection to choose from. I think this product is excellent for the person that I looking for a 15-30min daily stretch. They should last a long time and are easy to clean.

Why don’t I seem to understand which way to put on the bigger full toe coverage one? Does the flat part go down toward the floor, or is the flat part supposed to be on top?

Does the flat side go under the toes or over them please

I'm still looking for something that will rest along the entire length of my pinky toe.  Those toes are the ones giving me trouble.  These work well I find too, but I really wish they were longer.
