Dorian Mode Chords // music theory

If you want to write cool, smooth, and mellow music, then the Dorian mode is your secret weapon. People like Pink Floyd, Simon & Garfunkel and others have used these chords to craft some of their best hits.

In this video, I explain how these chords are formed -- and how their connected to each other -- so you can create your own music in the Dorian mode. It's all based on a few simple patterns.
