" What What? I simply did try to embed the issue in larger trend in order to understand the positive and negative effects of it. I. Work-balance is one of the major challenge of our People. II. Their workload, their environment, their ecoystem is very specific and unique. III. They're called to train as athletes and live as athletes. Their performance is mainly driven by high elevated self-discipline and self-control. They've significant pressure for their image. Their body image. They're called to travel around the world almost everytime. IV. Since then, it's hard for them to become like ordinary woman who was supposed to focus on childcare, eldercare, cooking and cleaning....(it's an exageration of course).".

VIII. Failure as normal accident increases the risk of Emotional Insecurity. The same thing for Incivility and Violence of all kinds. The same thing for the current context of Chaos, Disorder, Uncertainty, Complexity, Fear, Anger and Frustration.
This new context not only tends to amplify the cognitive rigidity that makes people at a greater risk of bad decision, indecision, poor decision and insufficient motivation, but also it tends to increase the risk of emotional insecurity that affects fertility and the desire to make kids.
IX. As a result, many female are becoming child free or Pet Parents.
X. Of course, we've some exception of creative people that are making kids. But many of them are nor ready anymore.
XI. Time has come then to focus on the issue. Not only to bring Calm, Serenity, Stability and Security in their ecosystem and life, but also to help them deal with an effective work-balance.
XII. It's also relevant to understand that massive commitment to Child free can increase the risk of Demographic Deficit that can accelerate the complete and total disappearance of our entire western's civilization.
XIII. Demography is a matter of economy, creativity, innovation, democracy among others.

II. You've already heard about PET PARENTING OR NEW GENERATION OF FEMALE WHO WANT TO BE CHILD FREE.

IV. Many people including female now are at a greater risk of EMOTIONAL INSECURITY and refuse to give birth in such condition as well.
