In this series, I am building my own Telecaster guitar from a custom pine body and a whole bunch of Fender parts including a roasted maple neck. There will be five parts to this series, so be sure to follow along. In this episode, I will show you the parts for the build and then mount the neck to the body.

You outbid me on that body by just a couple bucks on ebay. Happy anniversary. I'm glad you won that one. That's pretty special

That body is too beautiful for a pickguard!

That’s a nice build man, I think so far the only thing I would change is to use an anodized aluminum pickguard, the tort looks nice though!

Nice. I just put one together. I am a fan of white-blonde. I found a squier classic vibe pine body. I grabbed a Fender fat 'U' neck, 5-hole white guard, and Fender pure vintage 64 pickups. I used it for a while, but the neck was way huge, so I filed it to a 'V' for a better fit to my hand. I got my first set of Bensonite saddles in brass, but they are a bit too tall. I am now using a set of Tone ninja 1/4" compensated brass saddles. Very cool.

Could you please provide the name of the eBay seller. I had a hard time clarifying the name you said.
