After getting Windows 3.1 installed on DOSBox, along with the S3 864 SVGA Video Adapter and SB16 video drivers, Media Rack was installed. Because the MPU-401 MIDI emulation was enabled in my DOSBox config file, the Creative Labs SoundBlaster 16 detected it and the media players in Windows 3.1 can make use of it. Also, Windows 3.1 on DOSBox is running at 1024 by 768, 256 colors. The Media Rack Media Player is installed.
MOD4WIN is installed as well. This player can play Commodore Amiga MOD files. MOD files was basically the Amiga equivalent of MIDI (in a quick nutshell). Unlike MIDI, MOD files could incorporate audio samples as well.
