I have a mostly meat based diet and when I went to England I had this every day for breakfast (minus the beans) because it was the only thing with quite a bit of meat. I also was served a grilled tomato with watercress and it’s so simple but it’s now the only “salad” I ever eat, it was so delicious and super easy to make! I’ve always disliked salads but tomato and watercress are perfect for me.

As an Aussie I can say THIS is the best hangover cure! Some places here in QLD actually cook this on a Sunday specifically for that reason. 10/10 the best way to deal with a "bender aftermath!" 😅😅😅

When I was in the U.S. Air Force, I was stationed at RAF Mildenhall from 2017 to 2020. There were a few cafes close to the base that served an English breakfast like this. It was delicious!

Even though I'm an argie so it's in my genes to trash on the Brits, I have to say that their breakfast is lovely. Fresh, nutritious, tasty, and varied, I always loved it whenever I had it in the UK. A prime example of what makes European cuisine so good.
