Ну это совсем простой фокус! В банках совсем не соль и перец! Там какая то химия, которая при смешивании становится белым порошком через время! Это объясняет почему в левой руке белое, песок в свою руку фокусник набрал за спиной девушки - это видно, а надпись на руке - так перед фокусом, намного раньше, он написал эту надпись прозрачным клеем! Песок во время фокуса сверху посыпал и он прилип.
Всё просто - ловкость рук и никакого мошенничества! Молодец!

I might be wrong though but this is my guess!
1) Powder that magicians use which changes colour when theres either moisture or heat. In this case the powder is in place of the pepper and the factor for the change is heat.

2) i think they're in on the trick🤔 notice how his hand went behind her back before he started pouring the spice into the other hand? He was prolly reaching his hand to collect the pepper(or another powder) from her friend or somewhere.

3) i think we all know how the writing was on her hand after he rubbed the pepper(powder) on her hand
