The early stages of Escape From Tarkov are tough, and they serve as a good trial by fire for new and old players alike. Whether your PMC just got reset because of a wipe, by choice, or if you are just brand new to Tarkov and starting off at Level 1, hopefully these tips help make the struggle a little bit easier.

I actually enjoy scav raids a lot. I like going in with random equipment and learning how to make anything work. Sad thing is, I have more fun memories playing as a scav then PMC.

EFT has a really nice community. They’re open to help and nice to new players. I pre ordered eft but stopped playing after I really got into siege. Now I’m back after dropping siege.

Great starting vid man. I think for folks who haven't played the game before this is pretty spot on, even for folks who have been playing since NDA there's something to be taken away from this. The one thing I'd mention is also knowing your loot run routes. IE running shoreline hitting open safes and weapon crates etc, as well as high value key spawns (not just 310E or red keycard) but mission critical ones like San 111 (I can't remember the room number). Those keys become invaluable and incorporating those into the run is a good habit to have imo. Keep up the great vids man!

I dissagree with the point of Interchange:
Just grab the 310W key (has a considerably high spawn rate) and then just whenever you go to shoreline just visit the 310W room and the open places with tetrix, etc and eventually you would get the other keys or the money to buy the other keys.

Also, you don't need to have endgame gear to deal with endgame gear, just a good shot on the face or the leg meta with regular ammo and you'll drop nearly anybody. To add even more, they're introducing new ammo that can pass a lvl3 faceshield and lvl4 for regular weapons, not end game gear. On the actual estate of the game only the TT, the 9x18 weapons and the shootguns doesn't have ammo that can pass the level 4.

Just one thing you shouldve mentioned about ammo, if its early in a wipe use whatever you can and save all the AP ammo you find for later. It usually takes a couple weeks before every person you run into is fully armored so early on you're better off using high damage/low cost ammo that can 1 or 2 tap unarmed players, just figured I'd throw that out there.
