Didnt like Ginger Beer at all until i tried Brewmaster Bens Homebrewed version .. The store bought ones are wayyy to sweet Thanks for uploading Cheers

Great video m8. I followed your recipe step by step and its great. But it does need more ginger and the chili i can taste it throughout the beer :-)

Just found your channel and loving it. Has it been a while since you uploaded anything? Anyway, looking to try this ginger beer with those Pat Mack caps - I've never heard of them before. That's why channels such as yours are so good... Do you think you could kill the yeast (e.g. with a campden tablet) when you're happy with the sweetness and then bottle it into glass beer bottles? Hoping to see some new posts from you soon. Might even work up to it myself one day!
