When Hemlock got shot, that first shot was enough to kill him. Hunter made sure to shoot several more times because this was personal to him.

One of my favorite parts of the finale is when the Zillo breaks out of the hanger, and Crosshair asks, "Echo or Omega's handy work?" Hunter, Wrecker and I all said Omega at the same time. It was great.

Hemlock being killed by the zillo would have been so cliche. He’s too evil to die in such a goofy way. I much prefer what we got.

Echo saying "clones don't leave our brothers behind" is the absolute perfect summation of the entire clone wars/bad batch arc

He really was prepared for the Bad Batch's eventual attempt to rescue Omega. But that scene sent chills down my spin!🥶

"Omega needs all of us, and so do those clones. We've always known the risks, and so did Tech. We do this together."
Loved that scene so much. I didn't think Crosshair still felt he deserved to sacrifice himself as a way for him to forgive what he did to his brothers and sister in the previous seasons, but I loved just how much love his brothers should him and how much they value him.

The epilogue with Omega wanting to fight as a pilot for the rebellion echoing Luke in ANH was an absolutely perfect echo. Star Wars gets a lot of flak for repetition but that moment felt completely earned and I hope we get to see her again in a meaningful way.

I can understand why some people would feel like the show isn't quite complete with this ending but this is exactly the kind of storytelling I need. I love these characters and the familial bond they all share. The only downside is it's over ... 😭

Wrecker was ruthless, but Echo was crazy. I mean, did anyone notice just how many people Echo killed in this episode?

They could have had the Zillo Beast eat Hemlock or something, but I thought his end was Hollywood action movie pitch perfect, very 'Lethal Weapon' style.

Also Rampart got exactly the ending he deserved as well, his look of surprise at the end... priceless 👍🏽

Before I even watch this video, I’ll just say I liked the episode. I was a little surprised Rex and friends didn’t show up since I think I had it in my head they would be the “cavalry” in the episode title. I also jumped when Tarkin arrived JUST AFTER the clones escaped. We were so close to a borderline Rogue One like tragedy and I’m SO relieved that didn’t happen hahaha.

It was perfect in my opinion, havent cried like that since watching aftersun. As someone who grew up with TCW, seeing Echo say "clones dont leave our brothers behind" really brought back memories from when I was just a kid watching season 1 of TCW. This show really was an ending for the clone saga, and what a ending it was.

Did not expected to grow so attached to this characters 3 years ago, but here we are
