Say what you will, the one who most embodies Ragnar (from seasons 1 and 2 before suffering destroyed him) is Ubbe. Curious, charming, values family.

I’m rewatching Vikings, and the difference between Ragnar in the early seasons and Ragnar in the final one is astounding. Suffering does that to a person.

Truthfully, while Ivar is ruthless, he is so because it’s all he can be. In his own words, he says “I wish I wasn’t so angry all the time”.

So while you fanboys worship his anger, know that he himself hates it. There’s a reason he becomes soft and playful around his mother, father and floki. The only reason he’s so angry is because he feels like nobody else loves him.

I really like this show because it shows how the Vikings as a people of great historical importance lived. Blending the timelines of real characters to suit the series is done very nicely to enhance the tale. I love how quickly move along. Can't wait for this one.

If they kill Lagetha, I'm tapping out. First Ragnar and now Lagetha too? I can't take it. I need as many main characters to stick around as possible. The sons aren't the interest, especially if they make Ivar the most powerful one.

Im still a big fan of this show but its obivious since ragnar left it's not the same. There's some badass moments here and there but overall this doesn't feel like the Vikings show I fell in love with. This season itself has been very average. Hopefully the last 3 episodes show us fans something really cool but I don't know if it'll ever go back to its former glory
