Very cool and useful demonstration! Thank you for sharing - this was a great introduction to LoRa and now I want to try it out.

Smart... Using existing water line pressure to charge the battery.

Do you have to set the modules to wake up at specific intervals or can it wake up on some kind of trigger. What I understood is the module wakes up every one second and if the module detects the preamble then it will read the string. What if the data is asynchronous and randomly ?

Great videos ...Im going to pick your brain. I have C099-f9p ublox boards and I need to send the RTK for Rover /Base over 200 acres for surveying . I just ordered the Ebytes but would the Reyaks work?. Much less power . The units run on 2000 mah lipo but reality is that most of the times they will be on usb power. I presume I could run the Ebytes at 25 or 27 and I have a ordered 3 and 5 db antennas to play with

Is the maximum power of 1W accurate? Did you also test the maximum range of these modules?

Do you control these RFs with an MCU. I mean the rg receives then there must be something reading. You use terminal in the video. But what do you use in actual?

What I would like to know is, how long could it last on the field with two AA batteries? Or better asked, what is the average Power consumption?
