Ladies, we all need to share Emily's videos and get her up to 1 million subscribers by the end of 2017. She is easily one of the best beauty product reviewers on youtube .... and her lipstick swatch videos are THE best on youtube. Love you, Emily!

I don't go by the "expiration date" unless there's a funky smell or change in texture/color - I feel like companies are going to under estimate b/c they want u to purchase another product sooner. Maybe I'm crazy...

I love the idea of revisiting your past favorites for an update on the products (even if they aren't from years ago). I feel like often people put something in their favorites videos and a handful of products are mentioned consistently as a favorite while viewers never hear about the other stuff that either didn't work out over time or just is not reached for as often.

Yes! Great idea, not only for you, but also to help us pull stuff out of our collections. It's amazing how products are only hyped for a little bit and then fall off of everyone's radar and out of everyone's memory!

I don't know when it happened but I've noticed youtubers feel the need to apologise for not having new favorites each month - which is ridiculous because I pretty much use the same things all year around. So I really like the idea of an update-approach in regards to doing your monthly favourites! :-D It sort of leaves room for you to use whatever products you like (without the pressure of changing everything every 4 weeks - I mean, if it works it works! No need to mess with something that works for you/that you enjoy using, if that makes sense ;-) ) but it also serves as a really nice throwback and permits old forgotten goodies to be rediscovered.
And regarding that blush: you do you. You love it, you spent your money on it - use it! <3 I know people give crap whenever a youtuber uses a LE product but hey! You have a life outside of youtube as well, which probably won't mind you using a LE blush ;-) However, I also think you could use it on camera; just refer to a dupe-type blush with that particular colour whenever you use it. I've seen other people do it before on here.. But I can also understand if you'd rather just pass it on. No hard feelings from me no matter what though  (I mean, half of all the products used by youtubers (e.g. Tarte, Lorac, ABH makeup etc) I can't get where I live -  doesn't mean people can't use them on camera anyway) <3 <3

I really enjoyed this and would love to see more videos like this. I feel like a lot of beauty videos on YouTube sometimes have a fast-fashion feel where things are used for a month then never talked about again. It's nice to see the products that still stand.
