Catch And Cook - Snappushi
Brought out the bamboo mat in order to make some Mangrove Snapper Sushi rolls. For todays catch and cook, I took the two Mangrove Snappers that I caught under the Shark Channel bridge and fileted them out. Using Tempura mix I fried them and some vegetables. Since we are just starting out I did a really basic mix with Tempura Mangrove Snapper, sliced cucumbers, Avocado, and sesame seeds. It turned out great and much cheaper than getting it at the restaurant.

Hey there Steve. Another interesting video, thanks! I really like the step by step cooking, and it looked tasty too. It has given me some ideas of how I can cook the fish that I catch. Keep them coming!

for the next one you should do it with raw snapper, dip the whole roll in batter & tempura, and deep fry the whole roll. Thats how i did it w/ some Bar-Jacks. those veggies look like quite the fit for the whole meal. Awesome vid!!!
