INGREDIENTS
2 cups of cooked chicken shredded
1 cup smoked turkey cut into big bites
2 cups shredded Kraft block cheese (500g blocks)
1 cup béchamel sauce
1 tsp. Garlic powder
¼ tsp. Nutmeg
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. Chopped parsley
2 tbsp. Butter
Mini bread or dinner rolls
DIRECTIONS
PREPARE BECHAMEL SAUCE
( 1 tsp. Butter with 1 tbsp. Flour cook for 2 minutes then add 1 cup of milk season with salt and white pepper )

Mix the garlic powder and nutmeg with. The béchamel sauce.

In a baking dish pour the bechamel sauce and top with the chicken ,turkey and cheese .
Mix the vread crumbs with the butter and garlic and parsley and spread it on top of the casserole.
Bake it at 200 for 15_20 minutes.
Fill the buns with some of this dish and serve
