It's time for a new series here on the channel as I want to share more recipes that could be good to share with non-vegan friends and family (and vegans alike of course). Dishes that I know my family members enjoy and will hopefully win some of your friends and family over too and entice them to try some plant based food. In this first video I'm using a mock minced meat to make a Balkan and Greek inspired dish called cevapi which I serve with some parsley spiked tzatziki and a fresh summer salad. I really hope you will enjoy this new series and the recipes alike!

Those are actually called either Cevapi (pronounced che-vah-pi) or Cevapcici and you're right, they are from the Balkan!

Thank you so much for this delicious recipe. It’s probably the tastiest use of vego mince that I’ve tried. The tzatziki with plant-based Turkish style yogurt and fresh salad made the dish complete. So yummy!

As Croatian I say it looks really good, I'm sure it tastes good also. It's something that 99% of people from Balkans and East Europe would love to eat instead of salat 😂

Perfect, vibrant, colourful summer food..! Those look like Middle Eastern Kofta..it's a shame I can't find plant based yogurt where I live because I miss eating Tzatziki so much..!
