Sedona | April 2024

I’m not sure if you can tell from my last two vlog thumbnails, but I’m rather enjoying exploring the desert a bit this spring 😁 I hadn’t planned on lingering in Sedona, but when some weather made me reconsider my original plans, I was happy to be able to spend a bit more time in this special place. I feel like I got a good mix of the beautiful scenery and dipping my toe into desert energy work. All I can say is I left Sedona feeling really happy, and that is always a win in my books. I hope you enjoy tagging along for the adventure!🌵

I hope this isn’t taken the wrong way, but I miss when you were a bit more open. You mention journaling a lot, you had your aura read and said the meditation guy really saw you; a deeper dive into that would have been more interesting to me than a look around another Airbnb. What those experiences meant to you, how you’re doing on your own, what you’re learning about yourself. It’s just hard to understand the why of all the traveling when it seems like you aren’t really super interested in where you are and you’re just kind of passing the time. Do you do that so you don’t have to film at your house? Just sitting somewhere reading a book, you could do that without getting on a plane and renting an Airbnb. This lifestyle is so unique, constantly on these short trips, an entire vehicle full of major camping gear and a tent that I don’t think has been used in a year or two, is there some kind of goal you are working toward with this? Just doesn’t seem super sustainable and again, I’m wondering what the end goal is.

A woman in our community just died from falling off a trail in Sedona. God rest her soul. Maybe you could get an attachment for your camera so you don't have to hold it and it could keep you a little more safe.

I've been subscribed to your channel(s) for many years (videos about organisation were the first I remember). I wanted to tell you that I really admire you. You have grown so much. From a seemingly anxious girl to somebody who goes on solo trips, hikes and camps alone in the most remote places. I would never be able to do that. ❤

We go up to sedona twice a year and always head to page springs cellars for wine and flat bread pizzas on the way. Always good vibes.

I just missed you in Sedona by a week! I hope you took 89A to Flagstaff-what an incredible drive. In addition to the Grand Canyon we also spent time in Page, AZ, you should look into that.

Does you ever get nervous about the wildlife you may encounter. There are bears and cougars and bobcats in those areas. I am nervous on hikes with groups! You are one brave woman.

Curious if your HRV score was better the evening after the meditation experience at the vortex!
I had a pair of Altras that were a little defective too. They rubbed wrong in a weird spot. Never had that problem before but I had no trouble returning and exchanging for a new pair. 👍🏻
