Our Trainees demonstrating Backstroke on the Reformer, a Level III exercise in the Classical Pilates repertoire.

This exercise challenges one's spinal stability & flexibility while circling the limbs in coordination on the moving carriage. It also helps the practitioner to prepare for Teaser, which follows this exercise.
