Welcome to episode 1 of my new series ‘Surviving to Thriving.’ If you are currently feeling like life is happening to you and not for you, this series is for you. In today’s episode I share with you 7 tips I did to completely change my life around in one year. This was something I called “the one year experiment.” I went from feeling incredibly depressed, anxious, heart broken, and isolated to completely thriving in many areas of my life. I am here to tell you today that it is possible. When it looks and feels like there is no other way, I promise you that there is! You already have a new life waiting for you within, you just have to tap into it.
