I was listening to this on the way to work, my boyfriend on his way to a job interview. I look up and there is a literal truck that says “fresh perspective” on it in front of me, it means so much to me that God talks to me through the little things.

My sermon notes for "It's not new, it's fresh// Fresh Fruit" week 1:

1.) F.R.U.I.T= Faith, Repeating, Until, It, Transforms. You can't be fruitful if you are seedless

2.) The value of what is regular goes up when it is fresh. If you don't stop desiring new, you will discount what God is now

3.) Culture desires new, christ desires fresh

4.) If you don't look for fresh, you will settle for what is old. The enemy would love for you buy what's old with new excitment

5.) Becuase you have Jesus, you don't need something new, you need something fresh. God wants to do something fresh in you.

6.) The fruit God will give you will not be what he gave your parents

7.) You want the new because you are not content. You can not be content when you think here is not enough. Where you are at is enough

8.) This revelation lets you know where you are at and what you have is enough

9.) God is not pouring new, unless the vessel is fresh. New wine has a property that will expand. If you are not flexible you won't be able to hold what is fresh

10.) How do you stay fresh?: Gratitude. It is the gateway to a fresh perspective. The passcode to the presence of God is "Thank you". Everything that you hate in your life, act like it was not there. If your gratitude does not rise to another level you will have the wrong perspective about something that God wants you to enjoy

Today’s Affirmation: Today, I am focusing on God. He is my provider and my source, and I depend on Him.
