Who the fuck does a list like this and doesn’t have X-Ray Spex in the top ten, I’d have them at number one. Poly Styrene was a punk legend, the only punk John Lydon was a bit scared of. Also where are Siouxsie and the Banshees? Both Poly Styrene and Siouxsie were first generation punks, all the later stuff is garbage by comparison.

A pretty good list but why no Bad Cop/Bad Cop? A couple of the bands on the list, and in the honourable mentions, were more ska than punk, IMO. But Deborah Harry is forever #1.
